The property is not maintained at all & very unhygienic. Would not recommend to anyone until the property gets renovated.

Great hotel (rooms with bathtub at a reasonable price, swimming pool) at a fantastic location (beside ao nang beach. The backyard of the hotel and the rooftop restaurant provide great view of the sea. There are multiple restaurants beside the hotel as well.

Property is aonang beach facing. View is fantastic. Even the rooms are clean and nice. Staff is very polite and helpful

The stay at the property was decent. We booked a partial beach view room, so we didn't get a good enough view. Our room faced the terrace of the opposite building with tanks. There was no hot water facility from the shower. The property is located right near ao nang beach and a seven eleven. The pool was huge and clean. However, room service could be better.

Property good, we have eaten outside so can't tell about food, location good, near beach, staff are good.

While the hotel boasts a convenient location with a mere 100-meter walk to the beach, it lacks an in-house kitchen. The buffet breakfast is limited, especially for indian preferences, offering only bread and butter. Tea quality is subpar, and rooms face issues with the non-functional intercom. Additionally, amenities such as bathrobes and bathroom slippers were not provided.

Worst experience ever, the rooms would not lock the bathroom pipes were open, no hot water, very rude staff its been a month i am awaiting a refund but no refund has been provided yet worst experience

Location of the property is excellent, very close to ao nang beach. Lots of restaurants and shops close by, a seven eleven store just next door. Overall best location. The property is well maintained and efficient. Our room was spacious and clean. No complaints. We enjoyed staying there and would return should we go to krabi.

Beautiful beach on the back of the resort. Ao nang beach is very beautiful with a mountain in on the shore
