Lovely, humble staff, save with a smile

Loved staying in the studio apartment with a kitchen. It was a huge room with every possible facility. The place is about half an hour from the Airport. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The taxis were arranged at a phone call. Close to IKEA a Bangna mall. The breakfast had a variety, generally continental and that the beehive was placed at the counter during breakfast from where the natural honey was getting extracted. Wished a couple of Indian dishes during breakfast. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find Parantha and chicken curry on their bar menu. Also, Indian home-style samosa was available too.

Very good Bangna Pride Hotel & Residence, but location is away from city Center and not recommended for first time travelers. Would be more suited for business travelers who have visits to BITEC.

Location too far away from main City, food was good, service people at food were not friendly, and people at reception must learn english. However, the maintenance staff were good and pleasing
