Nice location, accessible via both city busses and local train. Many restaurants close by, a mall too (majestic city). The room itself was average, and not the cleanest we've seen in Sri lanka. We were out most of the time, so it was tolerable.

The place is a very old property and not maintained well. Bathrooms were rented to crock roaches and ants. AC in one of the bedroom was not working. The WC in one of the bathroom may break even if a light weight person use it.

Facility is clean and service is friendly. Good for people who can cook. Location is near to business district and other governmental agencies. Well connected by all transport accesses. Only disadvantage is you have to go out for all your food requirement.

I arrived early in the morning around 10 am, took me a while to figure out where exactly the place was, it said no. 22 on the wall but there was no proper entrance( hate to arrive there at night time). Arjuna was very friendly and helpful though and he gave me the room despite my early arrival. I think the place is very basic and therefore overpriced. Bathroom was clean, but AC was broken so, there was a portable AC right next to the second bed, I was sleeping in the other bed and had to put my backpack on the second bed in front of the AC otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to sleep since, it was blowing pretty hard.
