The property is in prime location at Balister road, having many walkable shopping out let's which are clean and good. Breakfast menu is quite good. shall recommend provided the price is reduced.

Stay was good, staff was very friendly. Room was well maintained. In the breakfast there can be more options for vegetarian.

So I stayed here for a couple of days the stay was pretty good the room had a amazing view but the room size was a bit small and no room service only collection from reception else everything was pretty fine and the breakfast spread was limited but fine with a little Indian food section which was pretty average

Good location, clean and hygiene. Cordial staff, good breakfast. We stayed 5 nights there. Good ambience.

Hotel rooms are very small and no almirah provided. Bath tub was also not there however it was there in the picture when booking. There are not much indian options available inthe breakfast too.

The room size of the property Holiday inn express is smaller than expected. They don’t provide room service of any kind. There is no bell system too. The buffet is decent with limited options but it’s workable. For the kind of services offered the prices seem high honestly. But it’s a clean safe hotel and staff is also cooperative. The hotel is 15-20 mins walk from metro stations and bus stations are 3-5 mins away.

Location is nice but since its express they dont offer for baggage service you have to carry your luggages by yourself and very less options for Indian breakfast

Stay was Ok. staff very friendly but to be very frank, its not infant friendly. they expect that infant will eat normal food. and even does not allow to cook or provide electric stow or kettle. Also, as per the amenities listed on MMT app, they does not have bathtub in any of the rooms, misleading information. location is good.

Nearest MRT is atleast 20 mins away from this property. Only 1 or 2 restaurants nearby. Property staff is not helpful at all. Everytime we have asked for something, we got reply with this is a self service hotel, we are supposed to do everything by ourself.

Good staff, service and good breakfast buffet. Good location, Small room but neat and clean. Bus stops are close by.

Not great. Very okiesh find other holiday inn not this. Dirty, average food, rude staff & no service upto the mark. Expect to do everything and arrange everything yourself. Food areas not accessible every time you have to travel.

it an absolutely well maintained and a functional space ; courteous staff ; great hygiene, excellent care inspite of being an express hotel. f&b options are again limited but interesting and serves a broad palette. since it was the week of chinese new year expected the lobby to better lit and more vibrant in terms of decoration juss for the festive feel … but apart from that i would recommend this to be one of the best for a solo quick business trips

Flexible breakfast option was not available. Breakfast did not had many vegetarian choices. Overall stay was fine otherwise.

This hotel is well located as it has bus stop adjacent to it and one csn easily board the same using ezlink card(can be bought from cheers mart, opposite side of road. Food selection for vegetarian was great as it has samosa, hash-brown or potato nuggets early day along with breads, salads, fruits, juices and tea/coffee options. Along with this, there was dal with roti/naan everyday. Rooms were well designed for family with connected rooms or room with kitchenette (includes microwave) with dining table and some basic crockery. Water was made available in room with more bottles can be collected from reception. Overall very helpful staff as they guide you on how to reach anywhere from hotel with easy options of bus and mart choices.

The Hotel was clean and the service was as expected of a 4-star hotel. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast has variety of food options which should cater to almost all the people. Bus stop at 2 minute walking distance is a great positive. 5 star rating for my 5 day stay. Highly recommended for anyone planning to travel to Singapore.
