Perak Hotel

7 days singapore stay turned uncomfortable. We are vegetarians. Very Basic Breakfast provided , bread butter, egg of no use, banana, sometimes apple, sometimes very diluted tetra pack orange water. Should have mentioned at the time of bopking. Madam who is managing and arrangin breakfast is very very Rude. LIFT NOT WORKING ALL THE TIME AND WE WERE ALLOTED ROOM NO 312. TOILETERIES NOT PROVIDED AS PER INCLUSIONS. MINERAL WATER NOT PROVIDED AS PER INCLUSIONS. NO HELPER WE TOOK OUR OWN BAGGAGE TO OUR ROOMS. ALL RECEPTION STAFF ARE FRIENDLY BUT HELPLESS ONE CLEANING STAFF WAS GREAT GENTLEMAN . NEED LOT AND LOT OF ATTENTION BY OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT

they keep threatening you to overcharge for crossing even a few minutes of check out time . good property, worst management.

It was a terrible experience, hence the location was good, but rooms were tooo small, no complimentary water bottles or tea coffee sachets, no proper ventilation, bathrooms were too small. Breakfast was just average by providing just 4-5 basic eatings.

This is budget property if somebody is visiting for relaxation then its a bad choice to chose this property. Its more like a hostel rather than a hotel.

Executive Room was small and window was not appropriate. Also there was a small Lizard in the Room. My room was 201.

The location is superb but the rooms need lot of tlc. Old style. Furniture in bad condition shower was broken. No drinking water no soap. Lift was too old and scary Don’t use it. Services was damn poor. Even to book a cab they wanted to charge $8.

I was keen to Stay in Little India Area and was looking out for an affordable option and hence Perak Hotel got my attention meeting these two criteria. turned out the only good thing about the property is it's location (1 minute walk to Bus and MRT). 1.The front desk lady was horrible, and reminded me of my school headmaster. she was utterly rude from the start and she upfront said that you have to give us room keys when you step out and we won't be responsible for your belongings 2. hotel staff was shady too. we did not feel comfortable when they were around. 3. breakfast was as good as not available. 4. Room's cleanliness was out of question. Ants and Spider webs all over. 5. washroom was so small and the sewer pipe was right in the shower cubicle so you could literally hear when the floor above you was flushing. 6. room's has zero sound proofing. sound from all directions keep coming. 7.moreover the hotel does not allow you to keep your luggage even for 2 hours after your checkout with them. we had to book a luggage service separately. Overall do not recommend to stay here and do not fall for lower pricing as the hotel is not even worth this.

The hotel staff specially the female sitting on the reception was very rude. I will never ask anyone to visit that hotel because of the lady sitting as she was very rude. We stayed for 6 days and on last day i requested can we keep our luggage for few hours in your storage area (ready to pay if anything required. If it was no she should have told politely but she was rude. Other than this the hotel and other things was ok.

Great stay and service. Only challenge is in case you are checking out early, they don’t provide breakfast even after request. It’s a fixed time at 8 am their time, no excuses!

Other than location the stay was not great. We asked for an extra blanket and were told housekeeping is only there 8am to 8pm. Some staff very rude. Will not book again.

Very nice location but the lady at the counter was very rude. No help whatsoever. Requested to keep the luggage for few hours, and declined very abruptly. Also, horrible breakfast.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The room was extremely small, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable. The lighting in the room was very dim, which made it difficult to relax or get any work done. To make matters worse, the tv had no channels available to watch, which was quite disappointing. There was also no drinking water provided, something i would expect from even a basic hotel stay. While a kettle was available in the room, there were no tea or coffee items provided, which made it pretty useless. Overall, the stay was not satisfactory, and i would not recommend it to others unless these issues are addressed.

The food is good, the staff is also good, and the rooms are a little costly for the price. Near to mart station.
