Ambassador Transit Hotel Terminal 2

Hotel team are unable to trace my reservation and i have been calling customer care for last 2 hrs. There is no response

The bed is cosy and the shower room is good moreover the food at the lounge is average but for long layovers it is quite good

Experience is bad because i had a waited for a long time for the room and there is improper response. Finally i got my room with one hour delay

This hotel is inside Airport. If by chance you want to go to the City and clear the immigration then it requires lot of explanation and time to go back. Only if you need few hours sleep, the hotel is ok. The worst part is even if you book it for one night online, they will only allow to stay for 6 hours. If you want to stay more, you have to pay a huge extra money considering facilities. It has got common wash rooms.

There is nothing wrong with this hotel, only draw back is for travellers getting down or boarding from terminal three as it's far off if one decides to go on foot, so, ambassador hotel at terminal three. Hotel should be the choice for such travellers.

Handy location with great facilities for the people who have long transit time. Also great customer service and the hotel staff were very kind and generous to answer all the questions with great patience. Definitely it is value for money. Love to stay again when I travel through Singapore.

The hotel is located right on the main road so it is easy for the customers to get public transport and to move around the city and it lies about 20 minutes from the Golden Temple. The sad part was that when we stayed there in late March the lift was not functioning the lobby of this hotel is located on the third floor.
