ibis Styles Singapore On Macpherson

Ibis styles on Macpherson is a good hotel to stay in. The staff was helpful. But the service was average. We stayed there 5 nights. The breakfast was the same everyday and we probably had 2 out of 5 days looking at the spread. The biggest drawback was the proximity to the mrt. It was a good 15-20 min walk.

Hygiene could have been better at eating places. Upkeep and maintenance could have been better as bathroom door got jammed. However the staff was really helpful courteous and polite.

Neat and clean hotel. Nice location. Co-operative Staff. Good facility. Limited option for vegetarian

Room was poorly maintained water clogging n not cleaned daily.

I stayed here as a solo female traveler and had a disappointing experience. There was no assistance offered with my heavy luggage despite my request, and basic information about the room or services was not provided. When I called for drinking water, I was told it was self-service at the lobby—something they never mentioned earlier. The room was extremely small and poorly designed: the wash basin was right next to the bed, which felt very unhygienic, and the toilet door didn’t lock properly. For the price paid, the comfort and service were far below expectations. I do not recommend this hotel, es

Rooms are too small in size , washroom- very very small in size , no cupboards , no place to keep luggage , room cleaning after 2 days , no water bottles , all things self service, too much heavy priced food . No exhaust in washrooms. The only plus point is - friendly and helpful staff , it’s near MRT .

Room sizes were tiny, no wardrobes were there in rooms. Curtains were broken. We had to keep cloths in luggage during full stay.

Good hotel, clean and connected with Mattar MRT and Cencon Blg Bus stand. Polite staff. Water is an issue. Space is small. Price is decent. Overall a good stay

Excellent stay, good location, good commutation, awesome stay. Easy to locate. All type of transport readily available.

Location was good, MRT little far but ok to access 800m, bus stops are plenty in all 4 directions from 220 m to 400m, food is reasonable in that area with limited indian and a reasonable amount of local restaurants/ hawker stalls.

Property is not getting cleaned properly, raise complain, if you ask for bath towel it is always delayed to more than 2-3 hrs and one day did not received at all.Terrible stay

Good place to stay, it’s walkable from MRT. Breakfast and hospitality was very good. Rooms are of smaller size as per specifications, luggage storage space was missing in room.

The location of the hotel is very strategic , the facilities and staff behaviour is exemplary and very cooperative 👌🏻👌🏻

Cleanliness isn't upto the mark, requests for clearing dustbins weren't catered inspite of follow-up and raising through website.

Rooms in the property are very small with no adequate ventilation. Hotels is not well connected to public transport, as the nearest MRT is 850m and for restaurants, food junctions you have to walk minimum of 500m. Near the hotel premises compound, you can find people drinking and smoking in the ground floor . Avoid staying with family and kids .

Its easy to find the property location, but the rooms were not too good was tidy and the amenities they have promised to give it were closed for some maintenance so didn’t got a chance to use pool so not a good experience

Stay was good and housekeeping is very good and friendly. Have connectivity like mart and bus with minimum walk time

It was a clean room and i had a hassle free stay. Staff were friendly. Location was close to bus stops. Price was reasonable and food was good. Cons: - the mall in which the hotel is situated is almost defunct and very old - the wash basin was in an odd location inside the room just adjacent to the bed which i have never seen anywhere else in the world overall: good for a budget stay

Hotel is good, has good acess to SBS of hardly 3 Min. Acess MRT is about 15 Min. Room cleaning everyday and not once in two days 🙃
