The staff is utterly noncooperative and disgusting. They didn't even listen to our complaints and every time we tried to complain staff started an intense argument. Our concerns were-
1) they denied our breakfast, even though we have already paid for the breakfast. 2) wifi wasn't working. When we told them about it. They said it will be resumed shortly. But as you can guess. We didn't get internet access during our whole stay. 3) tv didn't have any connection. For this, they had the audacity to say that. This service will not be available. 4) hot water wasn't available too. In the morning, we had to take a cold showers in the peak winter season. During checkout when we told them, they started arguing and used abusive words for us. 5) at this time, you must be thinking why we didn't complain about water on the hotel intercom. So guess what. That wasn't working too. 6) property doesn't have a lift. So if you are at first floor then it's okay. Above that, it's a little bit problematic.

Dear Valued Guest, Reading your complaint, We are sorry for that. As Personally I joined 17 July 2023, currently in this property as operation Manager and going through out all feed backs. Now we have new team for service in the hotel. We have installed Lift and lift is fully functioning. TV and AC and Hot water is perfect now. I am taking close supervise to property and staff work. So We would like to inform you as response of your feed back. Mow we improved every part and at night i am in front office to ease any issue of our guest. thank you for your valuable feed back
