This is the invoice copy of the same day of another hotel that i had to book because of not providing me the checkin by hotel green park. Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible. I have called their manager but he already said that he will not return my money back

Hotel is a fraudster in pokhara. Took my money from make my trip and didn't give me the room . Taked so rudely. I have lost my money.

I stayed there three night with my husband n two kids. I booked. No geyser in room. Tv not working. Last when we going back. They make fool of us by checkout time 12i checkout 10min late they charged 1 day room charges. N free breakfast include in room. So tea also includes in room but they say milk tea chargeable also bedsheet dirty very bad behaviour. Don't stay-in these hotel.
