Terrible Stay

Horrible experience. Studio rooms are just normal with minimal entities. Air conditioning was not working at time of checkin, so they change the room at 8pm later in the evening as they have no other apartment vacant. Bathroom size very small. Average stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Summer Suites. You get all you need for a stay. Amenities are good and nicely maintained. The location is amazing with Petronas and Menara kl towers within walking distance. Monorail, trains at walking distance as well. Security is top notch. A wonderful stay overall.

The smart homes property management which manages Summer Suites Residences is absolutely unprofessional and careless. Was sent back from reception to call the number on the booking as they had no idea about the booking, eventually going back to the same reception to check-in.
