it was really a nice experience for me. i used this app for the first time and for my first trip to malaysia, every replies were pretty sooner and notifications on time. i loved it❤️

They were so helpful. Particularly food was yummy.

Good but service still need to be improve.

Luxury room 7 seven-star facility morning breakfast was awesome. Room was very clean. 2 Ac 2 room heater all fully loaded.

Mattress are not at all good. Except that every thing is fine. Still I have given low rating because of rude behaviour of Malik towards indians. When I informed about geyser not working he answered in a rude way stating If you want we will pay your money and you can go to other hotel I was shocked and felt insulted with his answer later understood that his treatment to indians is inferior and he is least bothered about indians. I don't know why he don't like indians. Are they getting business only from whites? Our mood and trip will be spoiled because of his discrimination.

I always love to stay in Steppin, it is a wonderful place!

Superb hostel in KL. Nice location ... All metro stations nwarby. Putrajaya is near by ... Food is awesome ... China town is at walkable distance ... Got to interact with so many foreigners. The receptionist Melissa is very helpful.

Really good relax nice calm place definitely it is not hotel but super for this money breakfast good tea coffee all day I feel here safe calm relax and happy. Also best place for backpacking and 1 2 days cheap traveller personas near I going by feet China town near
