The Spring Hotel

This hotel staff is horrible. They dint want to help us with the luggage. After that the rooms are nothing like shown in the pics on mmt. Both the room’a ac was not working properly. We were getting suffocated in the room and had to have table fan put up in our room. Could not sleep properly both the night’s. 1

Had a good stay were u can access to famous places very easily. Rooms are good and clean, Hotel staff were polite, coffee shops and street bars are nearby. Had a great stay here.

Hotel is located in district 1, very close. There is a shopping mall and walking street very nearby. Quality breakfast, a decent reception area to meet our guests.

We booked two rooms and stayed for 3 days at The Spring hotel. The staff was very helping and courteous. The morning breakfast was decent. One of the rooms had a view and it gave a nice feeling at night. The other room was a bit humid and it took some tweaking with the old ac to finally get the room to a soothing temperature. It had poor ventilation. The toiletries were ok and it was quite a clean room. You get 500 ml drinking water bottles daily and free breakfast. It is located in center of district 1 and is a happening place. Hotel Ganesh and Hotel Benaras were just 0.4 km from the hotel. It is on the side of a busy road. Breakfast had limited choices.

Nice quaint hotel in the best possible location to explore central HCMC. The decor is beautiful but some rooms can be extremely small. We were disappointed as the room we were provided was actually much smaller than the First class room that we had seen while booking. When asked the reception, were given a vague reason as to some rooms being in the different part of the building or whatever. This was an average stay if we compare to otherwise better serviced hotels we stayed at other locations in Vietnam during a week long holiday. Surely can find better value for money options in first district.
