an international room with no room available on arrival

I went to Vietnam on 11-15 Oct. i could not get rooms in many places due the dates being close to the travel date. I reached the OYO room at around 12 pm on the check in date. On reaching i was told there are no rooms available there on the property and he shifted me to another property nearby. That was a basic hotel not an OYO. The room and stay was OK but not expected compared to what was shown in the photos. I had the necessity to take the room at that moment so i went with the given option. Had i been with my family this would have been a disaster. 2.5 star rating only
