Bon Ami Hotel - Thien Xuan Hotel

The hotel staff especially the receptionist was very helpful. Breakfast was good! also, the hotel is centrally located to all key places in ho chi min h city.

Very well located facility but mainly faced difficulty of attitude. The moment ask for anything it starts with no but later on discussion or asking to send Manager it was arranged. Worst was they mentioned our Manager lives in USA

It is conveniently located in District 1 close to the marketplace. They have a big sign post at the top which makes it very easy to find the hotel after seeing places around. We found the room and the bathroom to be very compact for the price. The service could have been better as we were rushed to check out starting at 11 am (check out time is 12 noon). Otherwise, can't complain much ..

Room was good, food is also good. But staff was very cooperative. It is very good experience here to come. Good environment. I wish I could visit again in this hotel again. And also refer my fried to visit this hotel also. Very excellent experience.

Resto is now closed during days. Doesn't have simple utilities like adhesive tape, writing pad, paper napkins, pen. But staff is extremely friendly and understanding. Even the cleaning staff, kitchen and of course the front desk. Hot water is on and off sometimes. Tiles in the bathroom are extremely outdated and old. Bathtub stopper is challenging to remove. Lobby AC chills the teeth of guests. Should have a terrace restaurant as it's quite a tall building, and thus can really sell good if promoted. Can give overall view of Ben Thanh. Concierge service is good. They open the door and always help you with luggage. Front reception is good too. Do share time despite a busy schedule and also talk in personal level. However, some are very orthodox in thought when it comes to business visitors and partners. Maybe it's just a cultural difference and I respect all. All in all I love Saigon, and Thien Xuan is also like my second home. But my home needs improvement.
