Location is very good and easy to excess cab staff is very supportive recommend for safe stay in hotels

Very comfortable stay with Airport shuttle service in every 30mins (24*7) and just 5mins away from airport. Early check-in was provided without any charge. Facilities includes Locker, Kettle, Extra towels etc.

All service are up to the point. Comfortable stay. Didn't had any problem in staying in this hotel. Nice and very clean hotel. Very helpful staff.

Ibis saigon is a nice property and conveniently located near the saigon airport. Room are practical and they serve sumptuous breakfast 6-1030 am. They even have option to catch quick breakfast for early morning 4-6 am travellers. Overall 4 rating for convenience, comfort and cleanliness.

Best aiport hotel with just a drive of 10 minutes. Airport pickup and drop off is also available. Convenient for a quick layover stay in hcmc.

Very small rooms. Suffocating. No idea of veg foods. Staff and service good. Accessibility good. Staff not monitored properly. Overall okay kind of experience. Ok for single night. Single person. Not ok for family or long holidays. Only for passing through passangers. Gym was poorly maintenaned. Steam sauna closed. Swimming pool had no attendant. No towels. The pool bathroom had no shower no soap no shampoo

2. Their contact information was incorrect, their ivr is all vietnamese and they didnt handle our international and domestic airport shuttle even after repeated confirmations and reminders, they apologized and said its some internal miscommunication and tried to blame someone else !

Close to airport and hotel provides pick up/drop.

Very small room. No hotel staff to get the lougage from room. Food was not good. Ac getting stop in some intervals.
