businessI was denied stay as they didn't get booking receipt from make my trip . the manager on duty Mr. Thang was very impolite and said that I have given fake bill or invoice as he had not received any mail about the confirmation and just made me go without checking in and said make my trip is not associated with this property and I had not been given checkin in the hotel despite Booking and also no support was provided by make my trip during my international travel and so I had to find other place for shelter. pathetic experience from make my trip .
