Hotel is good but hotel staff or facilities are not available and don't even listen what we say and no support on issue with hot water was not coming but terrible experience with hotel staffs not recommended.

The stay was near to many places in the city It was a decent room But not large, the lane was walking street , excellent at night

Rooms were clean. But service was poor. Breakfast was ok. It nearby walking street. There are Indian restaurants around. Connectivity is good from this ok. Ok for 1 night stay

Pathetic Hotel, worst staff ever. Zero cooperation. Both the guard and receptionist were unprofessional, bathroom was filthy and leaky.

Breakfast can of course get better. That said it was good. The Location is amazing. Only a stone throwing distance from the Bui Vien street with lots of options in Indian restaurants.

Brekfast was very limited...It's not for vegetarians...There was nothing to eat except bread buter and watermelon and staff was not coperative..they didn't even try to make something ...Ppl are very rude in ho chi minh ..U have to move ur luggage urself..no staff for that.

Staff was not coperative. In the fridge beer was expired by more than 3 months we consumed our health affected. Beer expired pics

Hotel is right on the been thangh street (walking street. Close to bus stop, 7/11 and circle k stores. From here all tour operators ply pickup van to mekong river, tunnel etc, room is spacious enough for two people. Good place for the stay.

Location was good. Very close to the happening bhi vien walking street. The famous ben thanh is also close to the hotel, about 800 meters, nguyen hue walking street also close. Hotel staff very helpful. Room clean. Price was also good.

Property is located centrally. Breakfast options are limited. Staff are not very friendly. Washroom is neat and well maintained. Ac was not working on and off. Hygiene level is moderate.

It was nice stay in ed-an garden hotel, ho chi minh city, vietnam. Its really value for money. The location is very nice.

Never stayed there but it was so bad looking and smelly rooms. Will never stay there and pictures are different then actual hotel

Sufficient staff was not at hotel. Staff was not helping for anything food was mostly non veg and oil of food having bad smell. No one understands properly english.

Hotel staff is not cooperative, matters are very hard, very slow room service. We stayed 2 nights and 3 days. Experience is below average.
