Really nice ancient style property right in front of Opera House and in the most vibrant part of Ho Chi Minh City. Great for tourists. Nice service, good warm and helpful staff. Very nice vibe inside the property with all nicely designed rooms with all modern facilities required by tourist. Only drawback is food options for breakfast are very limited.

It made exploring the city a breeze, and the area felt safe, lively, and culturally rich. 🍽️ Food: The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a generous mix of Vietnamese and continental options. The fresh fruit, pho station, and pastries were standout features. We also enjoyed coffee in the beautiful inner courtyard—quiet and filled with old-world charm. 🏨 Amenities & Room: Our room was spacious, well-maintained, and had that beautiful colonial aesthetic with high ceilings, wooden furniture, and large windows that opened to city views. Wi-Fi was strong and reliable throughout our stay. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with all essentials. 🤝 Service: The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful. From the front desk to housekeeping, every team member ensured our comfort. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with local directions, bookings, and transport made a huge difference. 📝 Overall: Continental Saigon Hotel is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience in itself. The property is centrally located and nearby all main tourist locations making it an ideal location and also a good family property

If you have surplus money then this hotel is best option for you. Extremely rude staff. Reception guys consider themselves as owners i believe. The male staff at the reception in the afternoon are very rude and arrogant. When guests need help, they giggle and laugh among themselves. So called “superior” room had no window view no balcony no shower. In the name of ‘heritage’ you will get lack of basic amenities that you will get in any other hotel at one third price. They serve breakfast in open so i found bees on bun,

Location. Of the hotel is good. However they don't have a good breakfast spread especially for indians. Very poor bf spread. Also it's a heritage kind of hotel. People with kids looking for western amenities may not be happy. Not worth the amount. Even they denied bf for early morning flight as their staff does not come before 6:30. Even for infant they could not care to say no for packing any fruit. Thus not very keen to help kind of staff. Would suggest other hotels nearby like park hyatt or caravelle

Great location in terms of historical and shopping spots. Very old hotel, so it has the old style courtyard and lot of info about the history and it has restaurant edition the hotel premises.

Very convenient location, supporting staff. We reached earlier than scheduled time and requested for earlier check in, we had to wait but got room as soon as available. Rooms are spacious and property is well maintained.

Hospitality of staff was really good. Cleanliness and maintenance of rooms as well as the surroundings are nice. It is located in a very good location surrounded by lot of corporate offices. Only thing missing and I cannot give a five star rating is there is no gym and pool facility.

Great stay at Hotel Continental. Centrally located, walking distance from malls, sightseeing points and restaurants. The hotel itself was a heritage structure with a long history and opposite the Opera house. Rooms are spacious and comfortable though the AC cooling could be an issue in summers due to large area of the room (atleast for the suite, where we stayed)

Fabulous hotel. Great location. Value for money and highly recommended. The oldest hotel of Vietnam which is well maintained even after so many years. The cleanliness is also good. One the best hotels in the city. Has Indian restaurants very close by for delicious food.
