Excellent Stay

The location was very convenient and many things were just a walk away. The staff, specially Antoine at the front desk went out of the way to make me comfortable, offer breakfast well beyond closure hour, and had a packed breakfast ready at 5AM on the departure day. The spread was sumptuous and had plenty of choice even for a vegetarian like me. The rooms were well appointed with thoughtful provisions of footwear, water, coffee etc. The service was prompt and always with a friendly smile.

Excellent. Would love to stay again next time. Excellent location good breakfast. Wish they had a swimming pool too. Food was good and service par excellent. Would strongly recommend as it is good value for money. Close to Indian embassy and Indian restaurant

Superbly located Mercure Hanoi La Gare with all attraction within walking distance. Room was a bit small. The team at the restaurant was great. Especially the bar tender at the rsstaurant who made some lovely drinks for us.
