This Hanoi Plaza Suite Hotel And Spa is in a very good location and strategically placed in the heart of the city. It has access to all the street shopping avenues. One can easily navigate across and experience the culture and the cafes throughout the city without being too far away from it. The food and the breakfast buffet was spectacular along with the ambience the Hotel provided it was amazing. The staff was friendly and also wanted to engage with us in conversations, and we had a pleasant day. They were very helpful and would love to visit again.

Hotel rooms are excellent food and amenities were OK. being a vegetarian there were not much options and veg breakfast wasn't sufficient.
