Unacceptable experience! room was filthy, furniture broken, and water dirty & smelly. Reception ignored my calls. Duty manager's apology was insufficient. I need a full refund or alternative arrangements at no extra cost by your end for next booking

1 st day of my vacation I select to stay Red castle Hotel but the front desk staffs spoil my day. the front desk lady attitude is so rude and swimming pool is not good staffs are so rude...l don't try once again in this hotel... The Hotel rooms and facilities are very good...

The location is good, in a very peaceful and quiet area, it's adjacent to the beach, and close to the Bus Station and the Blue Market. The room was spacious, but the furniture is old and not clean enough. Food was good, basic but adequate. Swimming pool was cold and I found some insects in it. Overall it was good for one night.

I stayed with my family in red castle for two weeks and had an amazing experience. The room was very spacious and comfortable for 4 people and the hotel staff were very friendly and cooperative. Staff attended all our requests promptly. When there was a maintenance issue in bathroom door, they immediately fixed it despite it was a big work. I got a very good deal at a reasonable price. But the quality was fabulous, which is incomparable with any other hotel. I found no shops and restaurants near by. This is the only drawback. Overall, i enjoyed the hotel lavish ambience and service at a very reasonable price. Value for money.

There was none of tooth equipment in the bathroom and some of the crew was rude but overall we have a splendid night

to go to swimming pool we need to come down to reception floor from our room and take another lift ..we can't go directly from our floor lift to roof top swimming pool. that is a disadvantage. bcoz everything it makes us to walk a long to go to swimming pool. everytime. also swimming pool is fully crowded by too much children and lifeguard is not allowing us to enter into pool. in reception they said 8 clock is closing time and life guard saying pool is contaminated so closing time is 7 like that. we reached there by 6.10 and life guard allow us for 1 hr only that too in small kids pool. next day in morning when we go there also we couldn't enter into main pool bcoz swimming coaching classes were going on there .... pool is to use by room customers at that time if we werent allow there then what is the use

The housekeeping was not upto the mark. Room was released without proper check. It lacked toiletries. We had to call the reception and keep waiting for hours to get a bath towel even.

Its was amazing stay, room and toilet was too neat and clean, very spacious room, and low budget but luxurious

hotel location was not that far from city centre (5 to 10 mins drive), hotel staff where polite and friendly, hotel and rooms were clean except the area near elevator for first and second floor was full of water and elevator AC was not working. Dining was average and I think it can be improved by having variety of salad and more Asian dishes. Over all the stay was good.
