to go to swimming pool we need to come down to reception floor from our room and take another lift ..we can't go directly from our floor lift to roof top swimming pool. that is a disadvantage. bcoz everything it makes us to walk a long to go to swimming pool. everytime. also swimming pool is fully crowded by too much children and lifeguard is not allowing us to enter into pool. in reception they said 8 clock is closing time and life guard saying pool is contaminated so closing time is 7 like that. we reached there by 6.10 and life guard allow us for 1 hr only that too in small kids pool. next day in morning when we go there also we couldn't enter into main pool bcoz swimming coaching classes were going on there .... pool is to use by room customers at that time if we werent allow there then what is the use
Amazing experience at red castle hotel

I stayed with my family in red castle for two weeks and had an amazing experience. The room was very spacious and comfortable for 4 people and the Red castle hotel sharjah staff were very friendly and cooperative. Staff attended all our requests promptly. When there was a maintenance issue in bathroom door, they immediately fixed it despite it was a big work. I got a very good deal at a reasonable price. But the quality was fabulous, which is incomparable with any other Red castle hotel sharjah. I found no shops and restaurants near by. This is the only drawback. Overall, i enjoyed the Red castle hotel sharjah lavish ambience and service at a very reasonable price. Value for money.

Red castle hotel sharjah location was not that far from city centre (5 to 10 mins drive), Red castle hotel sharjah staff where polite and friendly, Red castle hotel sharjah and rooms were clean except the area near elevator for first and second floor was full of water and elevator AC was not working. Dining was average and I think it can be improved by having variety of salad and more Asian dishes. Over all the stay was good.

The location is good, in a very peaceful and quiet area, it's adjacent to the beach, and close to the Bus Station and the Blue Market. The room was spacious, but the furniture is old and not clean enough. Food was good, basic but adequate. Swimming pool was cold and I found some insects in it. Overall it was good for one night.
