Hi, stay at Vogo grand hotel was nice experience. Its location is at center of academic city Dubai and maximum universities are at walking distance from here. We came Dubai to see off my daughter who have taken admission in near by university. Rooms are spacious and with all basic facilities. Staff is well behaved and helping . We ordered food from nearby restaurants and was delivered in less than 15 min. Overall I would give 4.5/5 rating

Location and services were good. Room and amenities were ok. Breakfast has lot of variety and dinner at garden restaurant was good.

Rooms are clean. Decent location. Perhaps the only hotel in academic city. Poor & delayed service. Intercom doesn’t work.

Booked a single room . Very congested . No wardrobes. For every item like dental kit , shaving kit you have to call the reception . But the service and reception personnal are good . Arranges promptly. Won’t recommend such a shady room for that high price .

Amenities need to be improved. water bottle drinking facilities are minimal. Food is average, especially in breakfast, no Indian option is there.

The toilet didn't function for two days straight in the morning. Had to ask for help both days from housekeeping room phone was not working. Reception was cooperative and helpful

Excellent service clean rooms. Service desk person are very cooperative and courteous. Even colleges are very nearby.

It's value for money, the support staff is very responsive and makes you feel very welcome
