Yes overall i was comfortable at the Gu Hotel. However, the Gu Hotel can always strive to be better. For example, lighting in the room can be more or else brighter. Room cleaners need to properly sweep and mop the floor each day which i felt was missing at some point. The wash basin i was expecting to be inside a bathroom rather than close to the light-lamp near the bed, as a result i was being extra careful while washing my hands, face. Otherwise the rest of the facilities were nice in the Gu Hotel and satisfactory!

Hotel is at very good location. Don't forget to use the bike facility at travel desk. The travel desk is reasonable and charge same as market place. Location is best next to Patong walking street and Phuket biggest mall.

Property was nice, clean and located at good location. All basic facilities were present. It is not owned by the GiG Hotel which is also a perfect place.
