Terrible stay With Tiny Rooms And they we Booked For 3 persons And Paid For Three Persons At the time of check-in they demanded 1000 bath extra per day

Property was nice, clean and located at good location. All basic facilities were present. It is not owned by the GiG Hotel which is also a perfect place.

Yes overall i was comfortable at the hotel. However, the hotel can always strive to be better. For example, lighting in the room can be more or else brighter. Room cleaners need to properly sweep and mop the floor each day which i felt was missing at some point. The wash basin i was expecting to be inside a bathroom rather than close to the light-lamp near the bed, as a result i was being extra careful while washing my hands, face. Otherwise the rest of the facilities were nice in the hotel and satisfactory!

Ac not working properly. Locker aslo not working, no service, no pool, if need pool need to go other hotel gig. Don't book hotel.

It is an average budget Hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious too. Service by staff was good its a good budget Hotel.

During breakfast, staff behaviour was very rude. Since I booked for 5 days non refundable I was not able to move out. Poor amenities in room. No wardrobe, no proper room cleaning and poor washrooms.

Perfectly located, super cool staffs, amazing rooms and exotic swimming pool. A perfect place to stay for all kind of tourist.

Walking distance from Patong Beach, 5 mins walk and Hotel breakfast is delicious.

The Gu Hotel will provide you with all the amenities. The room was of mosquitoes even though they sprayed on my request nothing much of difference.

The location is very good, the room is nice but the swimming pool is very good you can relax.

Roof top pool, gym are ex ordinary receptionist could be little more friendly. Over all its worth for the amenities they offer.

Room clean but room floor feels like it is wet, no self for keeping clothes, no slippers for using inside room, breakfast good, bathroom door loose and not get locked always open overall average stay not great

Hotel is at very good location. Don't forget to use the bike facility at travel desk. The travel desk is reasonable and charge same as market place. Location is best next to Patong walking street and Phuket biggest mall.
