Excellent Stay
Location is calm and peaceful. Staff is so much helpful and supportive. Pool is good. At night resort looks like heaven.

Despite paying in full for the trip through MMT, the receptionist tried to take money for me claiming that the hotel has not received money. He immediately backed out when I showed the proof of payment.

Worst experience I have ever had
The place was very smelly and dirty. The person who was sitting in reception was very arrogant. There was no water there in room for guests. No person was there for luggage pickup at the hotel. When we shared our negative feedback the person said this is okay for us. The person there has no manners to talk. Please don't waste your money to stay there.

I loved the location, staff the service everything. There is a card as well as cash payment that you can make. Card payment needs to be a minimum of 500 Baht all over Thailand.
