Excellent experience with 24/7 support. Very good location. Apartments are well maintained, organised and the kitchen was equipped.

Did not expect the room size to be this small. There was no place to keep luggages as the space was too too too small for 2 people to stay. The AC was also not working.Bathroom is also too small. ★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs This was by far the worst accommodation I have ever encountered in Europe. The room size is shockingly tiny – you can’t even fully open a standard suitcase inside. There is no proper ventilation, no air circulation, and no climate control, making it extremely uncomfortable. If you try to open the window for fresh air, you're greeted with the deafening sound of trains, as the building is located right next to an active railway track. Trains pass every five minutes with a loud screeching noise, making it impossible to sleep or even hold a conversation. Nowhere in the booking details was this crucial information mentioned. There is no cleaning staff and the room amenities are extremely poor – no attention to comfort or upkeep. I even had to pay extra just to change rooms due to the unbearable noise – again, something that should have been made clear before booking. The corridors and lift areas are suffocating, with no airflow – it genuinely feels claustrophobic just stepping outside the room. To make matters worse, I paid a premium for parking, only to discover that their basement parking is a complete trap. It is so narrow and tight that even a mid-size car cannot enter or exit without taking 20 minutes of maneuvering. This was not communicated at all in advance. Overall, this place doesn’t even deserve one star. It felt worse than a basic youth hostel. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone, under any circumstances. Spend your money elsewhere – you’ll thank yourself later. Let me know if you'd like a slightly toned-down version for formal complaint letters or if you'd like to post this to a specific platform.

The ac do not work. Rhe tooms are extremely warm and when you open the window, you listen the train noise. The apartments provides you a fan which has no speed. Poor property to visit in summer season. Please avoid booking this property, its a genuine feedback!

Room size was very small with no air conditioner.. there were mosquitos in the room... no space for luggage... bed size was very small..

The place is nice ,only issue is the trains keeps on passing by the night ,due to which there's lots of noise the entire night.

services was really bad. Apartment is too small as compared to photos. suffocating rooms. windows was not opening. First of all shortage of staff. No staff after 5pm and morning staff was terrible. Not at all helping. you can get better apartment in the same price.

No reception at all; but “we need to send our id proof to their customer mail and they will send the passcode”- we didn’t know the info prior this via makemytrip. It would be better that such info was given earlier.

Overall the stay was okay. Pros - room was having all the facilities. Like everything we use in kitchen which made life easy as we can have food inside. They provided kettle tea bags and refree. They provided free laundry machines which again helped a lot as you can wash your cloths free of cost. Cons- the rooms were not large and sufficient only for couple. They could have provided a better fan. Rooms does get heat up and you need a good fan at the least. Somehow we opened the window and could sleep because we were very tried. A complete automation in hotel industry is not good and you need some human to interact during check-in process. You can not keep your luggage even if you are 2-3 hours before which is a big drawback. We can never plan flights or arrival like that. Overall, if you are alone or just a couple, this room will serve its purpose.

Stay was very good but please not once booking done kindly provide the access code for opening the door which can be recvd from the hotel via email because it took 1 hour to recved the access code which is compulsory

Very good property. A good spacious room, having an attached kitchen with all amenities required for cooking. Bathroom is spacious as well railway tracks are close by. But i never had issues with noise. I had booked a studio apartment junior
