The property is in an excellent location. You can walk in 2 mins to the Krienz train station or bus stop. There are frequent trains to Lucerne main train station, which is just a 3-4 mins journey. The Holiday Inn Express Luzern - Kriens rooms are sufficient and very clean. The breakfast was good and the staff is amazing! Super friendly lady at the reception, who patiently helped us with figuring out our sightseeing needs. Very helpful staff managing the breakfast. We had to store our luggage for some extra hours after check-out, which was easily handled. Overall we had an amazing stay and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Lucerne.

An absolute steal deal! Location: 150 steps to the left for bus stop, and 400 steps to the right for train station. Breakfast: Enough options at this price. Food joint nearby: Subway, MCD, local food outlets. In-house options: Good Pizza and beer, didn’t try anything else. Room Size: I will not mention it as a small one. A decent one for sure.

Family stay at holiday in lucerne was a good experience as its very close to train station and couple of good eating options were available near by. Rooms were cosy except provision of two single beds in the room instead of one king size bed. Make my trip team / Holiday Inn Express Luzern - Kriens team post booking didn’t supported to adjust our request

Rooms were very big and very convenient. Breakfast options were very good. Good option for Vegetarians. Hotel is very near and walkable to the Kriens station. Highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express Luzern - Kriens for family, vacation travels. Subway near this Holiday Inn Express Luzern - Kriens had very fresh and tasty food.

Extremely delighted by the hospitality. What made it different from others was that they gave us a train pass for zone 10 which was free. And obliged us with breakfast on the go all packed as we had to take in an early train @4:50 am. It really overwhelmed us as I had a child and they could have easily denied our request.

Check-in easily and provided with local travel pass. The room is quite spacious and view of pilatus was terrific. The rail station is walkable will take around 2-3 minutes. However, breakfast food menu is very limited.
