Helpful staff and great location. Easily accessible to the metro trains. The nearest metro is 3 mins from the hotel. Breakfast options are limited and same everyday but won’t complaint about it as it is ok for one to start a day :)

It was a standard hotel experience, with breakfast being adequate and offering a good variety of options. The hotel is just two tram stops away from Lucerne. The room was clean and came with basic amenities, though toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided. Only one bottle of water was available in the room, and it was not refilled. However, overall the hotel experience was good—they allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out. It can be considered a solid experience.

The hotel ambience was good. But was far from city center and tourist points. Minimum verity of breakfast buffet specially for vegetarians there was only fruit and hot cols beverages.

Location is excellent, front desk very efficient, rooms are sparkling clean, we would have loved more veg options in breakfast, but whatever served was good.

Location is excellent , very near to Kriens Mattenhof station with grocery and reataurants around. Room sizes are very small. They did not provide drinkijg water everyday. Breakfast was good. Good choice for location and convenience.

An absolute steal deal! Location: 150 steps to the left for bus stop, and 400 steps to the right for train station. Breakfast: Enough options at this price. Food joint nearby: Subway, MCD, local food outlets. In-house options: Good Pizza and beer, didn’t try anything else. Room Size: I will not mention it as a small one. A decent one for sure.

Rooms were very big and very convenient. Breakfast options were very good. Good option for Vegetarians. Hotel is very near and walkable to the Kriens station. Highly recommend this hotel for family, vacation travels. Subway near this hotel had very fresh and tasty food.

Check-in easily and provided with local travel pass. The room is quite spacious and view of pilatus was terrific. The rail station is walkable will take around 2-3 minutes. However, breakfast food menu is very limited.

Extremely delighted by the hospitality. What made it different from others was that they gave us a train pass for zone 10 which was free. And obliged us with breakfast on the go all packed as we had to take in an early train @4:50 am. It really overwhelmed us as I had a child and they could have easily denied our request.

The property is in an excellent location. You can walk in 2 mins to the Krienz train station or bus stop. There are frequent trains to Lucerne main train station, which is just a 3-4 mins journey. The hotel rooms are sufficient and very clean. The breakfast was good and the staff is amazing! Super friendly lady at the reception, who patiently helped us with figuring out our sightseeing needs. Very helpful staff managing the breakfast. We had to store our luggage for some extra hours after check-out, which was easily handled. Overall we had an amazing stay and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Lucerne.
