Radisson Blu Hotel, Lucerne

Me and whole family of 7 stayed for a week. Great experience. We were given interconnected rooms without even we asking for thar. Friendly staff. Very nice place to stay, easy access to train station, good food

Me and my teen daughter stayed in this hotel. It was her birthday, and hotel staff arranged for a pastry with decoration. The rooms are spacious, the coffee machine was too good. Staff was helpful. Location is walkable from station and its in the lake. Over all the stay was wonderful.

Amazing location. Very nice view from the room. Hotel staff is nice too. The only thing lacking was the variety in breakfast. It was very less. And I think the Hotel has less staff so sometimes they didn't even pick the phone at reception and delay some services.

This is the best hotel in this beautiful city surrounded by a lake and mountains. We got a early check in 9 am thanks to their exquisite servicing. Highly recommended.

Excellent place to stay. 10 min walk from railway station, bus station, cruise. Spacious rooms. Very friendly staff. Only breakfast is an area of concern for pure veg and Indian holiday seekers. Value for money.

Walking distance from train Station, food is good it's in central place

The rooms are good size, clean and tidy. The hotel is located just behind Lucerne main Station, at a walking distance of 5 minutes. Breakfast was the only concern, not many options and same breakfast everyday.

Very rude staff, not cooperated with us, no Indian dish in breakfast.

The breakfast buffet could have been better. It had less vegetarian options. Otherwise the hotel was good. The location is nice, 5 mins walk from the main station.
