The view is exceptional and the staff hospitable. I suggest taking the lake view room. It's slightly away from the city centre and that's good coz it is peaceful and yet you reach city centre in minutes conveniently. The bus comes to the doorstep and they also have ample car parking. They also give a guest card for local bus travel during stay, use that, though we had taken 15 day consecutive swiss travel pass. Don't forget to use their whirlpool - best time sunset. Vanessa and s. Were also kind enough to guide us. S even told us which side to sit on in the train to get the best view during our journey further to interlaken. I definitely look forward to staying here again.
