I want someone to call me back. I paid for a bigger room and got a standard room

The Hotel is located in close proximity of the old town area and the lake with many eating options around the area. The breakfast at the Hotel was surprising ly good with a great spread. The rooms are decent sized with basic amenities. Over all a good option for those wanting to explore Lucern at ease.

The hotel is very near to Luzern station, just 5 mins from bus. Bus trams are very much accessible. The rooms are very clean and good maintained. Nice washroom. Breakfast is great. Highly recommended for all Indians

Extremely pathetic hotel with no room service and small rooms like boxes even when you paid higher price for bigger rooms. They did not change cups ans glassess also in the room. Extremely overpriced. Nearby cafes also is around 10mins walk

Location of the Hotel is really good. Walking distance from key locations. Room size is a bit too small. Anyways, still a good place to consider staying.

The hotel in Lucerne was wonderfully simple and easy to access, with great public transportation links. The staff were excellent, and the breakfast was good enough

The property is quite far from the train station, so if you are carrying more than one piece of luggage, pl consider using public transport or taxi. Property is clean and peaceful but largely self serviced. There is no restaurant in-house and only breakfast is available. Staff is very helpful and professional. To and bathspace are separate

Very hot season. No cooling in rooms. Hotel shall decrease the temperature of ACs. Very difficult to sleep at these temperatures of room.

No service available. Housekeeping means only making bed with same linen. Wont remove your used glasses.

Ibis styles had big room with one double bed and two single beds and we all 3 could sleep comfortably, location is good and near bus stop. The staff was friendly too

This was one of my best stays at IBIS and what makes this unique is absolutely the highest standards of customer service. While the hotel is located in the vicinity of the Lucerne train station (almost less than a kilometre), the hotel has been blessed by excellent staff. I would like to give a shout out to Alexandra who was extremely polite but also assisted with numerous queries around the city and the country. She also considered my request for a change in package and ensured that customer service remains paramount. Additionally, she also assisted in the cafeteria and ensured to cater to the requirements. The hotel offers a city transport pass valid on buses and trains. Thanks to Barbora for an excellent service who also upgraded my hotel room. The breakfast was excellent and served some really famous delicacies. Way above my expectations. Surely worth a stay at Lucerne.

It was a pleasant place. The hotel staffs are very supportive, rooms are good and spacious. Near to train station and multiple bus stops.

This is a budget hotel so keep your expectations low, i liked everything about the room for this price but the breakfast was terrible so better opt out from the breakfast addon. There are a lot of indian restaurants nearby. Vegan options sandwiches are available in the train station as well.

Very helpful and courteous staff. Enjoyed our stay very much. Very centrally located with all the attractions at walking distance.

Good location and decent small room. It is very close to the main area where one can go to explore the city and also very close to shopping center

The most worst experience one can ever expect to receive. Reached the hotel at around 10:30 am and the receptionist said the room is not available and you may come post 3 pm, and mean while leave your luggage in the luggage room. Arrived at the hotel at 5 pm and the receptionist is a different individual and informs us that your booking has been cancel-led due to a system glitch and for your convenience we have arranged an alternative hotel nearby with exactly the same amenities and facilities to accommodate you for our inconvenience. As empathy, they also arranged a taxi drop off to the hotel arranged by them at a free of charge. Hotel arranged by them was hotel rothaus which i would never recommend anyone to stay. By no means the fare of the hotel arranged will be same as ibis. Additionally, the worst bathroom i have ever seen and experienced in my entire life, almost similar to a jail cell! and by no means it was at the same standards as ibis. In a nutshell, i have had the worst 24 hours of my life with bare amount of sleep! i have been scammed big time! i can continue to write an easy on this, however it’s not going to make any difference, so rather prefer not to waste my energy!
