ibis Luzern Kriens

It was a good stay . They had a nice clean room and very helpful staff.

Good stay, located 5 mins from Lucerne via train. And 6 minutes walk from station to hotel. And near mount PILATUS.

The hotel access and amenities are good! Had Wi-Fi problem for 3 days out of our 5 days stay. Good experience

Rude and distrspectful staff, cramped rooms, very very bad amenities. Possible bed bug infestation.

We stayed for a day and had an amazing stay. The location is great , 3 minute walk to Kriens mattenhof station. The service was very good , the staff was very courteous.

Nice location with lots of eating options close by. Spacious and neat and clean rooms as well. 7-8 mins walk from Metro station, while can catch a bus from a bus station which is just 2-3 mins walk from the Hotel. All in all a good value for money.

The room was very basic and not even having parking facilities. Though the person at reception was very polite and humble.

big rooms with great staff but the breakfast spread was not great. Room cleanliness was not up to the mark.

Overall the stay was good. Room was nice with a mountain view. But breakfast options were very limited. Also, it’s a bit far from railway station, around 10 mins walk. It’s not exactly in luzern, we have a take a train and travel two more stops to reach the hotel.

The stay was very pleasant and the guy mr alexandra at the front desk was superhelpful. He was working as receptionist, bell boy to store the luggage, room service etc. The room was clean and tidy. Washroom could have been a little bigger but was clean. Hotel is 10-20 mins away from the city but had good connectivity.

Hotel rooms does not have ac. Hot day i was given a fan. Also lot of bugs and bed sheets seemed old. I have decided never book a ibis in switzerland

Our experience was not that good. We were with our 2 year old kid and we did not get any support for baby food at all. The reception desk member behaved very rudely on our very first day. The only good part is that they allowed us to have breakfast even after we came late by 1 hour to have it. My review is very honest, the hotel is average by its service and the breakfast was also of very less variety.

It was close to kriens station. View from rooms was fabulous. Staffs were courteous. Value for money overall.

The stay in Lucerne Ibis is good.. the Hotel is very near to the station and the breakfast was awesome…I would highly recommend this hotel to the travelers

The hotel was neat and clean, the location is just 20 minutes from lucerne station and easily accessible by bus and train. There is not much to do near hotel. Rooms were little smaller.
