Hotel Rothaus Luzern & Peruvian Culinary Art

Stay was good, few things which can be improved are: 1) Water bottles should be replenished each day of the stay and not just on the day 1 2) Bathrooms can be improved with better separation of bathtub and toilet seat and better bathtub as well. 3) Proper ventilation in the room as it was very suffocating. Overall staff was helpful and location of the hotel is very good.

Fantastic stay, room was small but comfortable. Overall service was satisfactory and check inn/ check out was smooth.

Decent property about 10 minutes walk from lucerne central station. We were upgraded to a suite room by the very friendly and courteous front desk officer mr ronaldo. Always a pleasant smile on his face and always willing to help, it the well worth staying in the hotel for this

The Hotel is clean and near the Lake. Nice to have drink by Lake Side in evening

Location is very good. Food was good and the service was also good. Only the room size was a little small.

Location is convenient with close access to public transport which connects to the main Station and is also at a short walking distance from the Station.
bathroom Wash room door was not meant to close tight shut and was without a bolt or lock. That's a bit of a compromise on privacy.

Staff behavior is very nice, breakfast is average. Location of the Hotel is a big plus.

They allowed as early check in. Breakfast was delicious. Very cooperative receptionist.

Stay was amazing, enjoyed the view from room. Staff was very nice and friendly, It is close to Lucerne station, hardly 5 mins walk. Climate was amazing. Had fun, would recommend for all age group. Have fun.

I hope after spending 200 euro for one night stay you can expect a good room. I understand its Switzerland but still hotel doesn't worth this price tag. It was a hot day and they just provide a very small fan (that also on request) and top of that there is no space to keep that fan. They haven't provided any kettle for hot water and for hot water restaurant is charging 2. 5chf (however from me they not charged as I only took 50ml water for my Baby). I will not recommend this hotel.
