Good clean property No food -no room service when we stayed

coupleGood place but no fan or AC in any room, kitchen was not functional or maybe not there, we don’t know so when we stayed there was no room service or food at the hotel. Staff is good but only available till 5pm then after there’s no one in the hotel.
