Hotel Drei Könige

Dream swiss holiday got spoiled in Hotel Drei Konige in lucern. My stay at Hotel Drei Konige in Lucerne was deeply disappointing due to the unprofessional and arrogant behavior of the owner/manager, Thomas. His dismissive attitude and rude remarks, such as “Many will come and many will go,” made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. This arrogance overshadowed what could have been a wonderful Swiss experience, leaving us with negative memories of Lucerne. I strongly urge travelers to reconsider booking here. The service does not justify the cost, and there are better options in the area that value their guests. This hotel and this guy is not worth your money. Wish the tourism ministry of switzerland train him on how to deal with guest from other country spending their money here. Will never stay here again in my this lifetime :( Breakfast has very limited option and same every day, Bed is so uneven that for sure guest like me will get back and neck pain

Comfortable stay with clean and modern room and washroom. Rooms were spacious and had good view of street below. It’s located at walkable distance from Lucerne railway station. The location is very safe and feels upmarket. Hotel staff were very friendly and spoke decent English. Breakfast had decent options and had amble room to seat all the guests.

Location of the hotel is good and the breakfast they offered was not bad. But the worst part was the room which was too small to stay 2 nights with family and after spending around 25k inr per night.

The rooms were pretty small but the breakfast spread was very good. Actually one of the best we got at any of the hotels we stayed at during our time in switzerland. It was a decent stay. No complains as such

Located well, walking distance from Chapel bridge and around 10-12 mins walk to the main station. Good courteous staff, clean rooms and decent breakfast with options Indians would like. The partitions between rooms are very less in thickness , hence the room door rattles when someone next door opens or closes the door or runs in the corridor . Rest everything was not at all problematic . Would definitely recommend this place .

Costly and tiny rooms. No double bed room only twin room.

Great Hotel just in the heart of Lucerne, at walking distance from main railway Station. The Hotel provided transportation passes, which was a great perk.

Overall the Hotel was very good and budget friendly. Also the staff was quite good

Delicious breakfast options. Elevator was a plus. The staff was cordial. The only problem was that, they lock the gate in the night and the staff is sometimes not available at the reception due to which we had to wait outside for someone to open. The location is also a 7 mins walk to the station. They also provide with a local travel pass with free unlimited travel in Lucerne.

Location of hotel was very good. 10 mins walking from Lake Lucern and peaceful too. Breakfast is good for non vegetarians but do not have much options for pure vegetarians. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly. Overall a comfortable stay in a beautiful city.

Coffee kit was missing, rooms Were big, old structure'. Near to station, rooms were spacious and heated. Good breakfast with good no of options. Would recommend to stay in this hotel as the market is also very near

Excellent reception by the hotel and very cooperative people. It was pleasant staying. Room was spacious and lighty. Breakfast was very good and seating arrangement was excellent. Receptionist guided us very well in commuting within the citi.

We arrived by train from Basel and were planning to travel by train to interlaken and also plan a trip to mt pilatus. This hotel was good value for money and was very conveniently located to the train station - one simple straight road and about 7 mins walk. The walk was also pleasant as went past the famous chapel bridge. Breakfast was lovely with the croissants simply delicious. Hotel staff friendly to check-in and advice what to do. Would definately stay there again.

Excellent place amplified by the location of the hotel. It's near the main train station and shopping streets, with plenty of eating joints near the place. Overall a good stay. Might look into adding a few items in the breakfast spread.

Great Location: 10 mins walking distance from central station. Awesome breakfast: Buffet breakfast is more than what you expect. They also keep sparkling wine. Value for Money: Avail some offers to get best deal. This was the second cheapest hotel after jail hotel. Helpful staff: Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent rooms: Spacious rooms with splendid view of the city if you get a room on higher floors. They also have Bath tubs. Just book it.

Good location. Good size room. But very little option for vegetarian in breakfast. Need to rotate breakfast menu, 4 days same menu. Needs to work in that area or else great locations. Front office staff named (dorren ) was best person to help me. Value for money.

The hotel is located very close to the railway station (less than a km away). Most of the tourist spots were also located close by. Breakfast was very good. One major problem was that Wi-Fi connection was not very good. It got disconnected very often.
