The reservation team is quite greedy and money minded with little or no customer centricity. I had booked and paid for 3 nights via mm t app and reached out for bookings for the remaining days as the app wasn’t showing availability. They asked me to pay directly via bank transfer so that they could reserve. The payment took 7 days of rigorous follow ups with bank after which it got credited with a deduction of bank fee aed 93/ soar 118. They put this entire cost on me although it was due to their impatience that i had to go through the bank transfer route. I had to skip 1 night of stay at the hotel although i paid for it. Besides the staff at the hotel is very lazy and careless. 1st day of stay they never opened the gym. Next day they opened but kept the acs switched off even after several follow ups. 3rd day they finally switched on the ac at the gym after chasing the several people. Overall a bad experience, hence wouldn’t recommend. We come to makkah for peace of mind, but the people here with their greed, carelessness and laziness spoil the whole experience.
