Hampton by Hilton Amsterdam / Arena Boulevard

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The room I was given had water blockage issues, and the housekeeping service was extremely poor. Cleaning was not done properly, and I had to repeatedly request basic necessities that were supposed to be included in the package. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and was far below acceptable standards.

Only plus point is the location .. it is well connected to the city center via metro...other wise service is quite poor (Hilton name should not fool you) & the property quality in general is below par compared to the per night rent in my opinion. Minimum amenities (minibar, drinking water bottle, usable glasses near wash basin, dental kit, slippers, on call housekeeping) were not available. The number of towels provided at the time of check-in were not adequate for a group of 3 in spite of the housekeeping knowing and preparing the room for 3. Front desk staff were very very rude...we had sent an email 2 days before for early checkin and never got a response...we reached early at the hotel and it spite of several request reception staff kept on saying “our check in time is 3 o clock” . They claimed they never received my email for early checkin and the email id provided in MMT booking voucher is wrong...we had to go for a trip at 3 pm so finally we checked in at hotel after 9 o clock at night (many hours later). And the breakfast buffet spread was exactly the same for all 3 days that we stayed

Flew to amsterdam to drop my daughter off for her university. It was my first trip to amsterdam. I really liked the location of the hotel, very close to bijlmer arena metro station. Decent eateries & shopping centre around. It was close to my daughter’s apartment. Due to its location it was easy to travel around. Hotel was nice, staff was warm and friendly. Comfortable beds did made our running around in the city better. Breakfast spread was continental and had good options. House keeping was quite prompt. Hampton did our stay pleasant and comfortable.

Overall very good stay. Location was amazing. It is right infront of metro station. Breakfast was repetitive. Staff was kind. Clean hotel. Loved the stay!

It's a great property, very easy to commute from airport and the city center. The breakfast was great. It is very close to many restaurants within 50 meters.

The hotel is in front of biljmer arena station and well connected to other locations by metro and bus. The hotel provides 24/7 snacks and drink till late night. The front desk service is excellent.
The room is good and the service was excellent.
