The property is excellent. Everyone at the reception and kitchen was very very helpful. They suggest what to see, which tram to take and also rent bicycles. The hotel has complimentary coffee and hot chocolate which is excellent after a long day. The rooms were clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of Amsterdam. A bit pricey, but service and amenities are a class apart! The city center is almost entirely walk able from the hotel, and you can make use of the excellent tram service as well. Highly recommended.
