Staff were not very warm and cordial. Not much willing to help you. TV was there but not working and they showed they helpfulness to connect it hence no television. No air-conditioner in the room. No geyser in the bathroom neither running hot water as a result had to take bath in cold water horrible experience. I had checked in, in the evening and wanted to checked out in evening but charged for another that. One night charge when I left in the evening. Torn towel broken commode shower handle holder. Only good thing Wi-Fi was there and fast.
