Thamel Grand Hotel

No food services in hotel. No restaurant in hotel, no tea coffee things in room no pick or drop from hotel booked for 7nights but cheched out after 1 night no refund for 6 nights

Good cooperative and friendly staff clean and hygiene good indian brahmin vegetarian food good furnish proper parking & good location

The lady receptionist was very much disappointing and she spoiled my whole trip, don’t have lift it was very difficult to stay at 6th floor without lift

I initially booked for couple of nights here. But then quickly realized that this place is perfect for my longer stay in kathmandu. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful, and i liked their sincere approach to attend guest’s requests. Price is also very reasonable for the thamel area. I would surely visit and recommend to friends.

Great experience. And there suggestion for local sightseeing and my pashupatinath visit is marvellous.

Ok but I shaw on my booking to get a free pickup from hotel to airport but I paid extra at hotel, didn't understand.

Location is nice but Hotel shown in pictures is good but in actual is not good

Receptionist behaviour is so rude. He extra charged for old towel. Whereas towel is easily washable. I just pay full amount as like tip to them.

Not familiar atmosphere service was not at par.

Food quality is very good, rooms were small and not clean, for stay was not up to mark.

We are very happy to be there. But facility doesn't have tea sachets, refrigerators, dressing tables inside the rooms. So you always go to bathroom to makeup, but overall the price of 27 per day is cheapest in Thamel area. The taxi service was also good. The driver Mr rakesh was having good sense of humor, so we never felt anything annoying things in Kathmandu.

Location was good and in tourist place.
The room booked with breakfast. The quality of breakfast was very good and value of money.

Nice ambience. Helpful staff and there restaurant is amazing, they serving delicious food. All the places are near to this hotel. I highly recommend it.

Breakfast was good but no room services of food hotel is inside of the market there is no transport for hotel.

There is no any room service, any time power cut/ services not found as expected, only service is that breakfast is complimentary.

The hotel is having five floors but there is no lift, hence inconvenience for the elderly people like me. It also does not have provisions for tea or coffee in the room and there is no room service from the hotel.

Awesome food, rooms clean and clear, location is okay.
