businessThe reception was not letting me check out stating that payment have not been done where as I had done a prepaid booking.

Terrible Stay
The room they provided is attached bathroom but the door has no locking system so really bad smell came out from bathroom. Though we have requested several times but they didn't listen to us. They way the reception people behave with us is really disappointing. I don't want to book that Hotel any more.
