Le Meridien Ile Maurice

I loved the property it was way too good and the reception was having this spectacular view of beach and we even got our rooms upgraded and the food was really nice too specially Indian

Taj resort is beautiful with fantastic views and comfortable rooms. We loved the evening live music entertainment. The only thing that could be a value add is a waffle/pancake snack coffee section for the evening slot between 4pm and 8pm. The staff was magnificent. a shout out to Abdool and Jaya, both were constantly checking in and making our stay brilliant

1. the location was beautiful 2. the room and bathroom were more spacious than expected 3. the service staff were extremely polite 4. service was slow 5. food was just average and I would recommend eating outside as we tried all the restaurants at the resort but not one was good 6. beach is rocky so if you plan for a swim go to a trou aux biche or Mont choisy. Good this is both are close by Overall, the property was good special mention to Pawan and Jayshan for their hospitality.

Property and location is very good . Food, they have to improve on Indian menu test. Amenities & services are good. Overall we have enjoyed staying in this property. Liked the place.

Good stay overall; in resort restaurants are pricey and no valet parking. Good pool although the pool bar cocktails were not that great (and too sugary).

The property was lovely and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended. The rooms were big and the food was very good.

There was no proper communication. The housekeeping took endless time every time we requested to clean our room. The staff sometimes trying to discriminate between Indian’s and Europeans. Even after brief for our Anniversary they forgot to provide turn down services and a room decor.

Amazing exprnce best of all had an amazing time we enjoyed alot the kids play is also amazing had the best time ❤️

This was one of our best experience. The hotel staff was excellent, the room was superb and was cleaned twice a day. Suggest take the beach facing family suite for a fantastic experience.

Top notch for a peaceful relaxation. Location is in north which is best location to stay. Property is top notch!

The moment we entered the hotel we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and a beautiful sunset view to highlight.Overall hospitality was also great, upgraded our room to sea facing suite to sending champenge and cake as a celebratory gesture.Really grateful for all the hospitality.

Amazing property. All the rooms are right on beach. Excellent view. House keeping is amazing. Nice buffet breakfast. You get a lot of indian food in breakfast. Kids club is so so nice and unique to this property that i am in love. So easy to drop your children for few hours and have dinner or enjoy beach with peace. Jetty is good to picture yourself. 2 very nice swimming pool. You miss nice beach but it is worth it. Akshay from concierge and riya at nomad was very helpful.

Hotel is good. Views are awesome… Difficult for pure vegetarians as there are very few options available. Kumin which is Indian restaurant repeats the same menu every day…

Hindi speaking staff and indian vegetarian food options are decent here. The views are breathtaking the staff is courteous.

We stayed at the le meridien for 6n and overall had a great experience. The property is located at the north of mauritius and tucked away in a quite area. The property has its own private beach, with a lot of water activities that are complimentary and kept us busy. We stayed in one of the family rooms that was large and spacious, and comfortable for three adults. The service at the hotel was excllent - kiran at the front desk who ensured we had a room given early, nikolas, the f&b manager who took that extra effort to ensure that we were comfortable in the restaurants, chef vinod and chef devraj at the kumin restaurant for ensuring we could get some comfort food after a week-long stay and the number of interns from india who kept us happily engaged with their experiences of getting out of india for the first time while still in college. Overall it was a memorable experience and highly recommended. The only issue was with the availability of vegetarian food at the restaurants. Choices were limited, and fixed, and it does get boring the second time. The hotel could certainly provide a few more choices for vegetarians and vegans. A shout-out to the great staff at le meridien - you made our holiday really special!

The property location was good, very pleasant. Most of the staff was helpful and polite. Overall i really enjoyed the stay and it was worth the money. The only negative thing i can say is the customer relationship staff was not that friendly and cooperative. They didn't pay enough attention to individual customer needs. Also do not reach property before mentioned check-in time as you may need to wait long hours without any backup arranged by staff at the hotel.

Excellent hospitality, great food especially the indian restaurant cumin and courteous staff. The location is also suitable as it's beach front facing and close to a souvenir shop.

It’s a very good property with good atmosphere and pools all over the hotel
