The Oberoi Beach Resort, Mauritius

It was great experience and liked the stay. Amenities were great and the ambience was also good.

Overall very pleased with our stay at oberoi mauritius. Excellent hospitality right from the email interaction ahead of check in to welcome at the property and subsequently throughout the stay. Food was very good though suggest a little wider menu option. Ambience of restaurants were very good. Room was very nice with a great view of the ocean. Excellent service at the breakfast where we were given an exclusive area as needed. We had early checkout so breakfast at 6 was arranged in our room along with packed box for our daughter. This was very special. Welcome greeting by manager at the check in by mr aditya was great including a thank you letter at check out. Check in happened in our room and not at reception which was very comfortable. Checkout was smooth. Danav was amazing with all his help going beyond. Mohit was great as well. Even the manager at the rocks for dinner on 26th was very courteous and helpful. All in short stay but great experience at oberoi and now look forward to explore more of their properties. Location of the resort is also very nice and breach is scenic.
