the stay was good and comfortable..the staff is polite however the amount spent is not worth it ..you can get a better property with cheaper price

Overall stay, services, amenities is excellent. Staff is helpful & polite. Indian food is less. Food taste could have been more better. Location is best as it is sea facing & a luxury stay.

I booked a sea view room but was given a ground floor room which had no sea view as there were long long grasses and shrubs. Staff was polite but service was slow. Food was also very average.

Basic standard rooms were worth 40k including breakfast and dinner. The property in itself is huge and has a larger than life feel to it but the rooms. They have compromised on the rooms as there is not much space inside. The bathrooms are also very tiny. I had taken the effort of writing to the property that we were visiting over a special occasion as it was my husband’s birthday, they lost that note i believe and found it last minute as on our last night there they sent us a cake after we had gone to sleep. Welcome drinks were also not offered as a standard to everyone. All in all not worth the money we paid for this property.

Traveled with my family including two kids and had one of our best family vacations. Sugar Beach is an excellent resort that has everything from breathtaking views, luxurious facilities and fun activities for everyone. You can get up early in the morning and see the magnificent shades of blue from your room. Or take 20 steps and find yourself in a mile long, powdery white beach. Surrounded by coral reefs, the water is shallow enough for kids to wade out into the sea and have fun. Kayaks, stand up peddle's, pedal boats, small sail boats are all available free of charge. You can pay for bigger fishing boats etc as well. Life jackets are provided with the equipment along with helpful staff who assists you every step of the way. We also enjoyed soccer, tennis, beach volleyball, water basketball. On one afternoon, we rented cycles and rode around Flix en Flac. There is a kids club that can essentially take care of kids from 10 am to 10 pm. They do a lot of activities, including water based ones, provide food and refreshments to kids. Our kids had a blast and wanted to be there almost everyday. The staff is extremely courteous and goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The food is good, but could be better. Overall, this was a great resort at a great location. It made our vacation special. I would not hesitate to stay at this resort again.
Room service could have been better.

We stayed for 6 nights. Perfect location with great white sandy beach. A large pool that was well maintained. Mon plasiar served great buffet with new theme everyday. The staff at sugar beach go extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Special thanks to Vishal, Ito, Kaajal and Reshma at the front desk. You don’t need to venture outside the resort as you will not be able to finish the activities that the resort has to offer in a week. This resort is perfect for vacation with kids. The sun kids club is clean, well equipped, safe and has staff who have experience in handling kids.

Hotel has their own beach, Rooms were good but not 5*, but overall facilities were good. Value for money. Should add more veg food items. For Non-Veg they have large variety of option but veg food was not up to the mark in quality as well as quantity.

The hotel and the service we received were excellent. Right from the moment we checked in and during the time we stayed there, our stay was very comfortable and memorable. We felt very welcome from the very friendly and helpful staff. Special mention to the reception staff and the staff at the Kids club. A must go to property. Will definitely stay in this hotel in our next visit.
