Despite of facing all the problems Mr Nicolas really helped us alot and I will never forget him going out of the way to help us and making sure that our stay was comfortable. A big shout out to Mr Nicolas❤️You really are a gem of a person

The day we checked in to the room, there were some problems with it which were immediately informed to the reception desk but then nothing was done for around 8 hours until we called MMT support and asked them to look into it. The property is extremely beautiful with mesmerising views from different restaurants located there but somewhere I feel that the ladies who are working there arent doing there work properly. They make faces when you ask them for something or they will simply tell you that they are looking into it but nothing is being done eventually. All my problems were resolved only because of the Relationship manager named Nicolas. He is a very genuine person who helped us with all our queries and also made sure that our stay gets memorable during our time in the resort. He went out of the way to manage things for us which was really appreciable and he even kept checking on us through whatsapp which I found extremely helpful. All thanks to Mr Nikolas and I would really appreciate if the people on reception desk would change their attitude when somebody complains because people pau a very hefty amount in such 5 stars and getting such services completely disappoints them and moreover the brands name gets degraded in the market. I would also recommend the zaffran restaurant for authentic indian food. Its kinda expensive but its worth the money❤️I also loved the fact that everyday in the breakfast they served some indian dishes like dosa, chickpea curry with chapatis and few other items so if you are not a fan on english breakfast they do have options for you.

The service at this resort is unacceptable. We requested a water bottle, and after 30 minutes, it still hadn't arrived. Despite being marketed as an Indian restaurant, the food was terrible. When we visited with our 5-year-old and asked for Indian food, the staff was rude. We had to approach the reception for assistance. The only positive aspect of our experience was the kids' club, led by Vidya, who was exceptional in her support and help. Indians should avoid booking this resort due to the poor service and management.

We stayed at this property with the expectation of a true 5-star experience. While there were some positives, a few service shortcomings left us somewhat disappointed. On the positive side, the property is beautiful, well-maintained, and the staff we interacted with were polite and courteous. The kids’ club was also a thoughtful addition, offering good engagement options for children. However, the service did not consistently meet the standards one would associate with a 5-star hotel. Water was served only after two reminders with a delay of nearly 30–40 minutes, and several calls to reception went unanswered. During our early morning check-out at 6 AM, only one staff member was posted to handle three different responsibilities, including collecting luggage, which caused delays. For a property of this standard, it was surprising not to see at least two to three staff members available at reception to ensure smooth service. Buggy service was available, but since no dedicated staff was posted throughout the day, we often had to walk ourselves. While not a major issue, at a 5-star property, one expects such conveniences to be consistently available. Overall, while the property has good potential, the experience did not feel worth the amount paid. We have had smoother and more attentive service even at 3-4 star hotels. We sincerely hope the property improves its service quality and strengthens its staff.

It was our last night in Mauritius, where we ended with worst experience.. as worst hospitality experience.... non hygiene food and hotel management allotted us such a room where we feels like basement experience.. lots of small flyers ants once we asked Mrs Malissa why you given such room see simply said all rooms are booked by group guest ... Indian food corner booked it means we feels we are not guests of hotel we are just came even after paid more than 26000 per night

So before booking this property i have read couple of reviews, some of them really helped me. So here’s my review for the benefit of others. To begin with it the property is really beautiful beyond explanation which is spread over lush green acres. As we had landed by vistara early morning and the anantara guys were nice enough to give us an early check in though our room was a little too far. We had booked this property for good 6 nights and 7 days which gave us a nice opportunity to explore the property and mauritius as a whole. The rooms were quite spacious with a nice tub which my 5 yr old son enjoyed. The breakfast was also very nice with variety of options. They also have separate indian dishes in the buffet which on some days are very nice but on some days were below even average. But the positive part is that they have indian options in the buffet breakfast. They also have in indian restaurants called zaffaran which is nice. We had dinner one night, the head chef was very nice and made an extra effort to match up to our taste. The best thing which really needs a mention is that they provide complementary food for kids under 12 as a policy of anantara just like taj group which as a mother was a highlight for me. The staff at horizon the all day dinning was very courteous. Apart from the food the nest which is the kids club needs a special mention. Vidhya, alicia and quincia were very loving and caring. My son had a great time at the kids club, enjoyed all the activities with them. As a fine policy they also keep the kids until the parents can have their relaxing time. Though we did not do so but many parents were eased by the policy. Last but not the least they provided complementary glass bottom boat ride which we enjoyed throughout. The property is near to the airport which means it’s far from major extractions of mauritius, which was not so bad for us as we enjoyed driving to these places.

Lovely stay and staff. They arranged a day tour for us. Hema was especially kind and ravish helped us with every kind of arrangement. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Pros: perfect for relaxation near beautiful beaches (no need to rent a car) convenient location - only 15 minutes from the airport excellent indian food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (best i've had in mauritius hotels) overall: highly recommend proper hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in mauritius.

Through make my trip i find the property and stay was good and awesome. Specially food was so good they guys maintained the hygiene and integrity of food for all guest

The resort is in a very silent location. Peaceful and mind refreshing vibe. Food was good too. Staff is excellent and cooperative. Rooms were excellent and beautiful as well with all amenities in it.
