Excellent! Amazing! Had a good experience and had a lot of memories! Thanks for the convenience and friendly behavior they provided.

Excellent property on the beach front. Rooms and amenities are nicely laid out. Had booked a King Beach front premium room. Was surprised to see the room and view which was much better than the image seen on the website. Rooms was spacious with a sofa cum bed and large balcony. Food is too here. We had Jain food preference and got the same at their Indian restaurant Veda and there was a specific counter during buffet breakfast. Quantity of the food was on the lower side at Veda vis the pricing. They should look at this aspect, although the quality of food was good. There are lot of amenities in the resort lawn tennis, boating, volleyball etc. Staff is very courteous all across Rochelle and Ben at Front desk, bell boys and others. Had a a nice stay here

Property is too good. Indian food available. The restaurant Veda food service is very good. Specially the Lady Anushka, she is down to earth and do his duty instantly.

We had a truly wonderful stay at InterContinental Balaclava on our first trip with our toddler. The resort is fabulous, with beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, and food that was absolutely delicious. What stood out most, however, was the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Every interaction was marked by genuine care and hospitality. A very special mention and heartfelt thanks to Jaywantee ji and Surya ji, who went above and beyond to ensure our little one was comfortable and well taken care of. They paid such thoughtful attention to her meals, preparing simple, wholesome food with so much patience and kindness. Their personal touch and willingness to accommodate even the smallest details made us feel completely at ease as parents. We also noticed how the rest of the team was always smiling, courteous, and eager to help, which made the entire atmosphere of the resort even more welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our daughter had the best time in the fully equipped play area, which was safe, fun, and perfectly designed for children her age. It gave us the chance to relax while knowing she was happy and engaged. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience for our family, and we are deeply grateful to the entire team at InterContinental Balaclava for making it so special. We will always remember this trip fondly and look forward to returning soon.

Kudos to the excellent hospitality at the property along with the politeness of entire staff and the way greet you every time. Cleanliness and food quality was exceptional and as expected. Shall recommend a stay at this property again and will go myself again whenever I travel to this country. Created wonderful memories.

Rooms and especially bathroom are outdated, management staff is not bothered to meet guest expectations

Overall it was good. Location was good as it was a beach property. Food was good. Evening activities were nice

Excellent location, good amenities and great service. The staff was always helpful and more importantly on the look out to help you. Room was well kept and room service was prompt. They also have a wide array of activities for guest to indulge in which makes the stay enjoyable.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. I was with my 2 year old baby and the staff went extra mile to make sure we get everything that we want for the baby. Special thanks to Mr Kevin and Mr Manoj for their generous hospitality throughout our stay.

Poor and pathetic, staff unresponsive, bad and over priced food. Wifi and phones don't work. Really really bad experience after paying such high amount. Had to call staff 3-4 times a day to get work done.

Mauritius holiday at inter continental is fabulous, located at north Mauritius hearty of cozy beaches and closer to grad babies n garden, Port Louis , even which is a business center

When i was given a room, the room's locker did not have proper numbers on it. They should have done a background check before giving a room

Hotel provides great view of the ocean - this is the usp. The room where we stayed was spacious. The food quality was average and hotel services / staff services were below par.

The stay at intercontinental was very comfortable the views are great and so is the property. The hospitality is commendable we requested for a room change for a better view and they immediately addressed it and we were shifted with in next 20 mins to our new room.
