Property is amazing with serenity around. All the facilities were good. We booked ocean view room, however we were offered an upgrade instead. Which was ok but should have communicated to us clearly. Hardly any options for vegetarian. They should consider vegetarian alternatives in their food menu. Services were also okay. We booked half board and yet at restaurant the attendant brought food bill for our one time meal(dinner) . Serious issues with co-ordination. Which got settled later though. Overall best part about the booking was the natural beauty around, not really great hotel accommodation experience.

Check-in & Guest Services: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Special thanks to Sheetal, who ensured we were settled in quickly and got our rooms on time. She was courteous and made the process hassle-free. Hospitality & Assistance: Reema truly stood out with her proactive support in organizing our travel plans. She went above and beyond to make sure our children had snacks and everything they needed — a thoughtful touch that made a big difference. Dining Experience: Dining at the resort was one of the highlights. Ramesh and Nicholas at the restaurant were consistently attentive and made us feel well looked after throughout our meals. Black Rock is a must-visit — the food is excellent, and the atmosphere is fantastic. Don’t miss the chance to meet Angelo; his warm demeanor and positive energy genuinely enhance the dining experience. Areas of Concern: Unfortunately, not all aspects met expectations. The bar staff were unwelcoming, almost making you feel as if the drinks were being provided grudgingly — a vibe that left a sour note. Additionally, the boat house management was surprisingly hostile. Their approach was less about safety and more about intimidation, leaving us questioning whether we should even go boating at all. Overall: A beautiful resort with standout staff in some departments, but there is a clear need for improvement in guest experience at the bar and boat house. With a few tweaks, this place could easily go from good to exceptional.

Location is the highlight of this property... it’s simply fantastic. Service is also good and they have good leisure activities available such as kayaking, paddle boating and glass bottom boat included in the price of your stay. The pool is also well maintained and clean and you can enjoy your time there.. food spread is decent but could be better in terms of variety.

Location was good but food options very limited. Services was again not very customer centric even taxi services was on very higher price. Anenities was okay

A luxury stay with the value for money. From checkin till checkout the experience left me mesmerised. The ocean view room, with a small balcony to enjoy your morning coffee in peace. The property is on a beach which is well maintained and clean.!! It is a stay just to relax and enjoy the luxury of life

I must appreciate the very relaxed property & the excellent service provided by the staff. Ms. Preety (Customer Relationship Manager), Jackal (Chef), Mr. Ramesh (Food & Beverage), Tarun (trainee chef) need a special mention for making our stay very comfortable. Will definitely recommend & visit the property again.

Very friendly staff and perfect place for vacation; good variety of dishes during breakfast and dinner; need to pre-book high demand activities like bike tour; lot of activities all day long; perfect place for vacation.

Good location, cooperative staff, awesome food, special attention for kids. They take care of special days also ( anniversary, birthday). Room is spacious and cleaning took place twice a day. Restaurant & cafe shop provides varieties of foods.

It was an average stay with service, barely passable food. On the plus side the property is beautiful, they have a good beach and great water-sport activities. Service - The day when the manager/supervisor would be available at the breakfast service, the entire staff would be attentive. On other days, we would find ourselves waiting for someone to clear our tables or to bring us tea etc. There were countless instances of the staff being over attentive to, for a lack of a better word, "Non brown" guests, whereas not showing even 10% of the same hospitality towards us. At times we felt really humiliated. On the first day of our stay, they came twice to make up our rooms! Amazing. However, post that the inconsistencies started. Next day for a bottle of water we had to ask 5 times (12 noon to 5:30 pm) Before it was brought to us. Second last day and the last day nobody even came to change our towels. On the other hand the boat house staff is exceptional. The chefs too were more than helpful. The food choices and the entire spread in general is limited for an establishment claiming to be 5 star. Moreover, the lesser we say about the food taste the better.
