room was dirty not clear bad smell in rooms i never again in this hotel the staff also is not good no bell boy in this property your luggage go it's self

Average hotel to stay near to beach area.

Hotel location is bit far. Upset with room amenenties. Water heater was not working. So difficult to shower the kids in the morning. So many cockroaches. Complained to receptionist and she was unable to understand english. Her english knowledge is 2 out of 10. Was about to early check out. Manager tried to convince us by providing another upgraded room which is slightly better. New room also got more red ant, lizards, milliipede and lot of mosquitoes outside of the room during night time. Overall stay is not comfortable.

Its comfortable and spaces room and good pool and enjoy for kids staff's are not corporate

The location is amazing. Extremely convenient. Very close to the Airport and also, very close to all the happening places. But the hotel is average. Budget hotel. Biggest letdown is that there is wi-fi only in the lobby. Somewhere okay too.

The hotel is right in the middle of Pantai Cenang. Has a very nice pool with activities. Check-in and out was quite easy. I find difficulty in getting the room cleaned. Housekeeping is not that great.

The best thing is hotel location, it is in the middle of Pantai Cenang beach, just 2 minutes walk, underwater world is bang opposite of the hotel, hotel has a nice pool too, rooms and towels were very clean, only wifi is an issue and from outside hotel looks like a cheap hotel but it is not, very spacious from inside. They take an amount deposit also despite booking from MMT, otherwise its a good hotel at this price.

Hotel is very near to duty free shop, Beach and it is indeed a foodies paradise as we have number of food joints near buy. It was an excellent stay here.

We stayed at Landcons for 2 nights and the hotel was in proximity to Pantai Cenang Beach. The hotel also has a outdoor swimming pool and children's play pool. There are no essential toilet items like bathing soap, shampoo etc. The towels will be provided. Therefore the guests have to bring it with them. The rooms are quite big and toilets are OK and cold and hot water are available on each Floor. I would say that the facilities are similar to a budget with a bigger room and pool area.

Please please provide indian food, otherwise everything was perfect.

I am from India and stayed in this hotel for 2 night which was awesome in clean and was near to the Beach Hotel have a mini water Park where kids can enjoy too, service was great.

Indian food must be provided, whole food was boiled, and sweet, indians eat spicy food only. Need to improve a lot.
Dressing table was broken. Over all Hotel was good, staff were supportive, polite and hindi speaking. But the Hotel must serve indian food in breakfast.

Wi-Fi connectivity in the room is not there. Location is good. Rest all average only.

Location is at best in Langkawi. Poor WiFi. WiFi was not available in room. Staff was friendly but not helpful to ask for places to visit. Room was on a silent area. It is situated at best spot near to beach, pentai cenang

Located at a walkable distance from Cenang beach and Underwater World. Easy access to restaurants, street foods and taxi stand. The hotel has very basic facilities and no lockers available. Great place to stay in Langkawi!

While the building itself looks like a birthday cake and could be recognized from all the points, it's quite old inside. The furniture and all equipment requires renovation. We had a problem with AC, but the staff did all his best to fix it. The pool was OK, nice for chilling in it. All in all, it's not a resort, but kind of good guesthouse style hotel. Better book it online, because the rack rates are quite high. The location is very nice, opposite to a duty free mall, aqua centre and a beach.

Value for money. Not great one, location is good. Water sports, other tourist attractions are very near to the location. Recommend for a budget stay. WiFi speed was very poor . . Improve little more ..

My stay at landcons was terrible there is no proper internet also. Only good thing is it's location, near to lot off things, other than that nothing is good with this hotel. Staff doesn't speak English and not so helpful also, they won't clean rooms daily they do it based on any request.

Clean room, daily room service, excellent air condition, super refrigerator, excellent room serivces, nearby too beach and shopping, opposite to underworld aquarium, zon and coco valley duty shopping.

A true value for money and superb stay in family, room of Landcons Hotel And Resort at a very strategic location near the Under Water park and having a main road view in the main market having all facilities at the doorstep of the hotel.
