Really enjoyed my stay at the resort. It gives a truly unique experience with beach, mountain, rainforest all in one. Really enjoyed the night fireworks show which made our stay unique. Highly recommended for an island gateway

Hospitality was very average, low on staff and veg food was not up to the mark. Property is old and require renovation

Resort property is good, however food and hospitality left a lot to be desired for. Staff shortage to below average taste for most of the items we ordered, made the experience average for the otherwise beautiful property. It is more for those who want peace and secluded area. Beach however was a huge dissapointment, with dirt (natural and plastic, cans, etc) all along and not cleaned in our 3 days of stay. Hence from my side, this resort is a big no for this reason alone. If you think beach is not very important, you can consider this resort.

Berjaya made my stay in Langkawi memorable. My cozy chalet was located amidst the rain forests of Langkawi. Every morning, I would sit in the porch and take in that abundant supply of oxygen, which kept me so alive for the rest of the day. The property is so huge that it took me two whole days, just the figure out which is where. Going from the lobby to my chalet or to the restaurant (4) or to the spa was super easy - I just had to pick up the phone and call for a buggy ride. The service was excellent. All the 4 eateries served mouth watering healthy dishes and an array of drinks. I would like to specially mention the Thai restaurant. I sat in open air, on the sea, looked at the hills, and ate my dinner. In totality, like I said, this vacation will be hard to forget. All thanks to Berjaya.

Stay had extraordinary location and views and service was excellent , staff was too nice and next time I will book minimum 2 nights in berjaya

excellent stay at berjaya resort langkawi.. huge property with well maintained modern rooms they have a private beach area which is well maintained as staffs are cooperative food is good but not much vegetarian and vegan options available... overall a nice stay located very near to the skycab 350 meter approx but is actually far away from cenang beach other tourist attractions

Berjaya Langkawi Resort offers a serene rainforest-meets-beach escape with unique chalets, a private beach, and plenty of activities. Ideal for nature lovers and families, though some rooms feel dated and the location is remote. Monkeys add charm (and mischief).

Absolutely amazing resort; I would’ve happily spent a few more days here! The service is brilliant and everyone is so polite.

The vibes are thrilling, but the resort is very disappointing. It feels like you are living in a jungle, with lots of animals—especially reptiles, which are unpleasant. After entering the resort, you go to the reception, complete the check-in formalities, and then they take you to your room via their shuttle service. The staff doesn’t provide information about places to visit or things to do in the resort. And it’s not suitable if you’re going with kids. Otherwise, with its own private beach, it is quite beautiful.

Stay is comfortable food options are also plenty. The location is superb. Service is also great The only problem is there due to heavy tourist there is queue at the restaurant at peak hours

I had asked for early checking with passport copies sent on email, much earlier. Then the gave us difficult rooms thought we had a special child and senior citizen. The Ac was leaking. Their breakfast was very average

We had asked for early checkin vide mail but they showed ignorance! I had asked help for somebody with special needs but the rooms were given far and inconvenient. Then Ac was leaking and their buggy would never land on time and we had a small slippage incident. The breakfast was not good!
