Best Star Resort

this property is in good location but very average looking room. water damped walls and very thin window glasses which results in all the beach partying sound hit your ears directly even though the windows were closed. Then I thought it was raining the full night as there was water pouring on the metal sheet, later I realised it was water from air conditioning water falling on the metal sheet sound. Breakfast was not bad, live counter made and stacked egg omelette which were cold, coffee was super cold. I would rate 4 out of 10.

Location was amazing ….pool was nicely maintained & a perfect view from Sea view rooms …it was a perfect staycation ❤️

It was good stay, breakfast was good too. View from food restaurant was great too. My room was clean too. Just one room had a choked toilet bowl, and one geysor was not warming water anymore even after checked by their team.

They charged for breakfast to the kid inspite of it being part of already paid

The location of the property is really great. It’s a beachfront hotel and located next to Cenang beach and 5 mins from Underwater Marine World Langkawi There are plenty of shops, cafes next to the hotel and the Cenang Mall is also just a min walk. We stayed at the hotel only for 1 night and enjoyed the location and the beach. The fire show happens at the hotel beach. The location of the property is really awesome and is the main reason I chose the resort. It would have been really great if the hospitality of the staffs and the interiors of the hotels can be improved otherwise it is a good hotel in a pocket friendly budget. Recommended if you are considering your budget and a Hotspot location

Resort located near to sea view, and it's best stay for family. Food is ok

pros: very nice location, exact in chenang beach main entry. fire show and water soprts happens in front the hotel, direct beach access from hotel. cons: no parking available. rooms are like normal budget hotel not 3star. but delux window rooms are big in size.

The family room had 2 double bed and was spacious. The breakfast, the service was not that good. The only good part is it is right at the beach

The best part about the property is the location, it is very close Warison Duty free mall which is right opposite, and all restaurants are very close. It is located right at the Cenang beach and Mall. But the rooms are ok, you can hear the voice of people in the next door rooms. The windows of the room do not open, which is horrible! they have been sealed. And you cannot just keep sitting in the AC. I could not find out how to order food, as the reception does not explain anything to you! There are NO VEGETARIAN FOOD OPTIONS IN THEIR RESTAURANT.The swimming pool is very small, no changing rooms near the pool.

Overall average stay, will not recommend further though; Be very careful while choosing this hotel; Pros: 1. Good location , right on the beach , near to all amenities and with swimming pool Cons: 1. Staff behaviour is very rude. 2. I have stayed in many places so far but this type of behaviour is not acceptable. 3. We asked for glasses, they said they don’t provide , you have to drink water from bottles only. 3. We asked for spoon, they said they don’t provide anything to room. 4. We asked for one extra pillow they said they can’t provide. 5. We asked for cleaning the room by 12 pm since we stayed there for 3 nights, they said room will be cleaned only between 2 to 3 pm and only once 6. You hardly see any staff for any help. 7. TV was working for 3 local channel only and they said they can’t provide any alternative. I can write on n on but one liner, this hotel doesn’t feel like a place for vacation, it feels like you are in a hostel with some strict warden

Room and bed was clean. But no towels or dental kit provided which is a basic expectation. Breakfast choices very limited and quality sub par. Better options at lower prices available in the area.

No Indian food options available. Rooms are Ok, not so great. Lobby area is not so good. They only provide 2 bottle of waters per day.

Rooms were not clean, perticularly room number 255 there was no hand gun too in the wash room. Location is good

This hotel's food is too good and beside the cenang beach you can enjoy a free fire show by opening your window. service is too good

Best thing about this resort is it's location, right on the beach, on the main mall road of Langkawi. Don't expect very newly built rooms, but rooms are clean. I was offered rooms on ground floor which I didn't like, but then upgraded room to cottages on Roof facing the beach. the beach in front is little noisy in night due to fire show till 12 in the night , if you are a light sleeper like me, then avoid this hotel

The location of the resort is superb. But, the resort is old and it needs renovation. The resort is particular about check in and check out timing. They did not allow us early check-in and late checm-out with additional pay. Overall experience is good and nice breakfast option.
