very well maintained property. Food and services were excellent. The view from the room was breath taking. The rooms were also spacious and well maintained.

The property was not worth the hype we had paid for. Their prices are overpriced the rooms we were staying was not up to the mark the linens they use were already used. They were not changing the towels regularly. The breakfast options were limited. Don't take the seaside Villa because it's not well maintained and it's actually very dark. The staff was also not up the mark they were very very lazy.

Property’s location is very near to airport , food is good but service is delay , amenities are good but sometimes they respond sometimes not , i asked for bandaid for little injury no one sent, cleaning of room was not done properly even they didn’t clean balcony

We stayed for 3 nights in the triple suite . Great beach view but not accessible by foot. We exoected to swim in the beach but it was not possible. Breakfast spread, property was great. Buggy to goto rooms, great views.

Loved the serenity of the place. Very well made and maintained. Breakfast quality could be better, but otherwise a perfect holiday place.

Everything was so perfect the sea view, the swimming pool but the sea view rooms weren’t that good. Overall, it was a nice experience

The place is great, it has more than expected amenities. The staff is very sweet and the best part was the food- it was wonderful.

Great location near airport and Sky Bridge, easy access to island hopping and mangrove tour, nice sea view, gracious staff

The property is fine. The rooms are really good but there was no one to carry the bags, we had to take the bags to 2nd floor ourselves. One of the reason we selected the hotel was the vegetarian breakfast but half the thing where mixed e.g. breads with and without egg were in the same basket, even the staff had no clue which food items will have eggs and which are vegetarian. Apart from this, the hotel is also very far away from most of the attractions and major places

A very peaceful staycation with family. Staff is so cooperative and well behaved and very much helping to Need anything. 1 more thing they just charged extra 45 RM as a luxury service tax which is a hidden cost instead u book ur hotel room. All r very good. Location was superb very peaceful place if u want to peace u never miss this place and also staff was to gud and well behaved. Moreover there was no veg food over there. there is only 1 Indian restaurant near by the property which is Delhi’s place. Otherwise all over gud experience. Thanks to MakeMyTrip to helping me to chose a gud property with nice deal thanks .

Really nice rooms and amenities but the beach was very dirty and barely any water so can’t really swim there

Stay was very good, property is well maintained with lots of greenery and right in front of sea. Rooms were spacious and very well maintained. Good part is hardly 10 mins to airport. Definitely recommend this property to have good experience.

we booked Ombak Suite Double or Twin with garden view & this came with sea view as well. Property is luxurious & exactly as shown in the photos & description. They have taken care of the smallest of the things like providing umbrellas in rooms for the guests which you can carry outside as well if needed. Staff is very polite and helpful. they try to maintain a balance of veg & non-veg breakfast options. Our stay was amazing and we wish to go back again.

property is good is very near to airport which makes convenient transportation modes available , rooms are neat and clean, amenities in rooms are good . Regarding food taste is good but less options for vegetarian but it's for whole langkawi the problem remains the same. staff is receptive but don't consider your special requests like early checkin (even before 30minutes) late checkouts they are very strict for their rules but politely .

Location is bit off from Cenang beach. Food was good & rooms are pretty good and spacious. Highly recommended

Overall a great experience. Staff and services were very impressive . I would like to visit again. 💐💐
