No food was available at Hotel, no room service, phone was not working.
Room was clean but bit small, but that is what you get in 700 rupees. For me it was very comfortable stay of two nights. Only bad part was they charged 22 ring eat extra as mala sign tax at reception. That was not intimidated earlier By company and I really don't know whether such tax exists

Good location. (nearby Eagle Square, Kuah Jetty point, Langkawi Fair duty-free Mall). Rooms were compact and clean. Staffs were friendly. Indian restaurants are available nearby.
A good option to stay at Langkawi.
